The Community Building Program builds local capacity and social networks with seminars and other events.

Its programs include COBURWAS Choir, Seminars and Consulting.

COBURWAS Choir performs during seminars and special days to provide entertainment and spread messages. The Choir has released a CD of original recordings. COBURWAS expects to earn income from by selling the recording and charging for select performances.

 Seminars are organized to address community issues and develop skills for the future. More than 10 events have addressed courtship, career guidance, and sexual health for adolescents, and marriage roles.

 COBURWAS leaders advise other groups on how to establish institutions and mobilize members of the community in their Consulting project.
