Mission:

CIYOTA seeks to unite, transform and develop communities in Africa through education, volunteerism, humanitarianism, social leadership and entrepreneurship.

Vision:

CIYOTA’s vision is to have a united, developed, and peaceful community with access to basic needs, sustainable life, and a good standard of living.

The five champion pillars supporting this vision are: Community Involvement, Functional Education, Social Entrepreneurship and Sustainability, Responsible Leadership, Gender Equity, Capacity Building.

CIYOTA understands that to create great leadership & entrepreneurs without character can be detrimental, but also teaching character without leadership & entrepreneurship would leave the current and next generation of leaders unprepared to face the responsibilities and opportunities to make the Africa a better place.

We build the character centred leaders and entrepreneurs by embracing the following core values:

  • Integrity
  • Compassion
  • Diversity
  • Responsibility
  • Excellency
  • Boldness

CIYOTA Goals
